
Membership Types
A full member is any person originating from Burundi and residing in New Brunswick who voluntarily adheres to the objectives, statutes and internal rules of the association.
Every full member has the right to vote at the general assembly and can be proposed for election to the different organs of the association.
An honorary member is any natural person to whom the general assembly has decided to propose this title in recognition of his or her contribution to the achievement of the objectives of the association.
Honorary members do not have the right to vote or to be elected to the various bodies of the association.
A sympathizing member is any person resident in New Brunswick, not necessarily from Burundi, who voluntarily adheres to the objectives, statutes and internal regulations of the association and wants to work for the progress of the association.
Sympathizing members do not have the right to vote or to be elected to the different organs of the association.
How to Become a Member
• Complete a form and be approved by the Executive Committee (link to the form).
• Comply with the provisions of the Statutes and the IKT governing the association.
• Adhere to the objectives of the Association
